What product is being sold?
The developer is releasing "Superlots," which are packages of 4 to 6 terrace home sections sold together.

2. Titles & Building Consents

Are the titles issued?
Yes, the individual titles for the sections are already issued and the land is completely mortgage-free.
Is Building Consent (BC) included?
Yes, the Vendor is fully responsible for obtaining and paying all upfront costs for the initial Building Consent.
Can I design my own house?
No. To save time and money, the building consents are already locked in for pre-approved terrace home designs.

3. Purchase Process & Deposits

Can I buy just one section?
No, sections are sold as "Superlots" (packages of 4 to 6 sections). You must purchase the entire package at once.
What are the deposit options?
Purchasers have two main options: 1) A standard 10% cash deposit. 2) A 0% cash "Equity Guarantee" (General Security Agreement), where you secure the deposit against a property you already own (subject to Vendor approval).

4. Financing & Settlement

When is the settlement date?
Settlement is deferred until 6 months after the Building Consent is issued. This provides a 6-month interest-free builder's term.
Is construction funding available?
Yes. Exclusive construction funding options are available directly from the developer for approved, qualified builders and developers.

5. Development Costs & Utilities

Do I have to pay Council Development Contributions (DC)?
No. The developer has already paid the development contributions for the sections.
Are utilities ready?
The Vendor provides and pays for electricity, water, and telecommunication connections directly to the property boundary, ensuring sites are ready to go.
